Thursday, August 09, 2007 Unlocking forgotten memories... today is v v interesting... i was packing and throwing away alot of old books and assessments in order to clear my room... and i came across my P6 diary! its not a self initiated diary, its a diary that our teacher forced us to write last time... haha... okie i shouldn't say forced, i should say the teacher made it compulsory for us to write an entry each week. reading the diary realli made me burst out in laughter... i cant believe i wrote all those things when i flipped through the diary... and it made me realised something... as a small kid, there's onli 4 types of feelings they noe how to distinguish: happy, sad, angry, stress. realli... its all written inside my diary... i cant believe things can be so simple last time... haha... the onli regret tt i hav is tt i didn't write enough entries last time... prob abt a dozen entries... they were all realli interesting entries... i onli hope i had written more and now i can read wat little P6 cynthia was thinking at tt point of time... seriously i've forgotten everything tt's happened in primary sch... let me type one realli funny and dumb entry, i'm sure all those who read it will want to fall off e chair in amusement... i cant imagine how my teacher would hav felt when she read it... haha! Entry 19, dated 16th July 2000 Dear diary, Today, i thought of something very interesting. You know, people don't like to work, they work because they need money to support themselves. Students do not like to study, they study because they want to go to the university and get a certificate so that they can find a job with less difficulty. Why do they want to find a job? Its because they want money! Ha, interesting right? Ok, another thing. Why do those people from other countries come to work as a rubbish cleaner? Because they are poor and they need money! Money! Money! Money! It is so important. No money, we die. It is just as simple. Imagine if the people in the whole world are rich. Everyone will surely die. Never thought of that before right? It is because there will be no hawkers selling food no labourers because they are all rich, wanting to enjoy life. But who will do the cleaning and be a maid and other things. So, if the world is rich, ha! Everyone will not be able to survive. Actually i never thought of that before, I thought if the world is rich, people will be able to enjoy and all sorts of things, but i come to think that no one will do the housework and clean the rubbish and all sorts of things. Don't you think this subject is very interesting? HA! Teacher's Comments: Cynthia, how are you coping with your work? seriously? HAHAHA... omg... wat a dumb entry... i cant believe i actually wrote tt... i realised there are other v cute entries also... haha... shall type them out when i hav the time. i was reading the book "Flowers for Algernon" recently... reading my own entries actually reminded me of the initial diary entries inside e book... i din realised the author actually did such a great job writing the entries of a mentally handicapped 32 yr old, who thinks like a child. the diary entries in the book is just like my own... with onli the 4 types of feelings i had said earlier... haha... Crazy Chew caught a falling star on 18:05.
