i just realised i din hav any photos of our spore cuisine nite... haix... esp the cornflake cupcakes tt me and huishan made! recipe taught by ying2... heh... it was a hit over there! the pple loved it i think, and we made abt 100 and almost all is finished...

the Spore cuisine nite was a big success i think... from my pt of view... hahas... yay!! and the food com members were the waiters and waitresses. we were busy pouring water, gg ard asking if the food is nice... with many of us knocking our heads against wooden poles... with some having balukus on their heads... tt place sure is dangerous for pple... heh...

one most unforgettable thing is i went to serve absy and illey's table a few times. firstly, i din noe tt when u pour water u hav to take the glass up and pour and put it back on the table. so i just went to pour straight into absy's cup, not forgetting tt i pour water on his finger... opps! i was so paiseh... cause abit nervous ma... first time serving liddat... and then he say its okie its okie... liddat... hahas... but the rest of the pple on the table were v friendly. illey was saying "Chew! water!" haha... quite funny... and then rite, for part of the food nite, i was busy pouring water cause pple keep asking for water, i suspect the cornflake cupcakes were the culprit, haha, we get realli realli thirsty aft eating it...

it was realli fun... the Spore cuisine nite was one of the most fun and memorable nite for me. cause the cupcakes at first we tot it wasn't gg to work, cause the marshmallow and margarine were not mixing well when we were cooking it... but it turned out alright though... *phew*

the whole kitchen was realli busy during the whole preparation process, and lots and lots of mosquitoes!! omg... it was so terrible la... the mosquitoes over there... they're big and give painful stings... everyday get dozens of bites...

but our food nite everyone so busy preparing tt not much photos taken i think... sad... but i got to hold a small turtle in the kitchen! this maldivian woman took it out to show us... oh mans a turtle leh! first time holding one, and it feels realli soft and flimsy...
