omg... i gained 3 kg... cant believe it... its all because of NJ's food... and i think my stomach walls are more elastic now, can hold more food... so i gain back the 3 kg i lost from e 1st 3 mths (due to stress)... hahas... budden still quite sad la, how hard it is to lose weight, and then now i gain it all back again... boo... i'm now back to my usual glutton self... and i have to start limiting the amt of money i spend on food... my goodness... today i spent 10 bucks on food!!! cant believe it... if con'd liddat i pok gai liao... and my stomach's going to burst from all the eating non stop...

the temptation of food... haha... hui shan and elaine, you two know wat i'm tokking abt... so from today onwards i'll refrain from wasting too much money on tibits...
