was surfing the net just now. and found out that the problem i had all these years which is getting more and more serious is shyness: anxiety, stress, discomfort and uneasiness during social situations (which is of course presentations la)

anyway, my sec1 and 2 form teacher also wrote in my progress report say need to overcome shyness... and tt time i din know e real definition of it.

"The causes of shyness have not been demonstrated adequately to justify any firm statements on the issue. However, shyness experts identify as possible causes (a) genes predisposing a person to shyness"

i say before so many times its genes lor, and pple keep saying its so easy to overcome it, its not as easy lor... unless you realli experience it and get the extreme fear and torture and uncontrollable shaky hands and voice then you'll realli know how torturous it is. sigh...

i'm just afraid of the mass of pple... and i hate doing presentations. however calm i may look but in actual fact i'm almost dying of heart attack. and in situations when i freak out is where my hands and legs start shaking (fortunately not many pple see)... haha... sigh... can't help but laugh at myself... like so useless...

luckily for me is only in presentations lor, at least when i talk to ppl and friends i'm still normal... hope tt'll continue...

sigh, thinking of wat will happen to me in JC... thinking of presentations and socialising... kill me...
